The fastest way to reach us is email. We read every message and answer in plain English — no canned macros, no ticket maze.

When you write, please include: the page or feature you were using, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and a screenshot or short screen recording if you can.

  • Pro and Founding Member — first reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 CET.
  • Free tier — first reply within two business days.
  • Critical outages — paged 24/7. See service status below.

Common questions

How do I reset my password?
Use the forgot password flow. The reset link expires after one hour for your safety.

How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and irreversible after a seven-day grace period.

Why did Maya not draft a reply?
Maya respects your daily quota and skips threads where you have opted out of AI assistance. Check Settings → AI Companion.

Can I export my data?
Yes — Settings → Privacy → Export data. We deliver a downloadable archive within 24 hours.

Report a bug

Found something broken? Email support@sixthhive.com with the subject "Bug report" and include:

  • The URL where it happened.
  • Your browser and operating system.
  • Steps to reproduce, if you can.
  • A screenshot or recording.

Bug reports go straight to our engineering team — not a separate triage queue.

Security disclosure

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please email security@sixthhive.com directly. Do not post the issue publicly or include it in a regular support ticket.

We will acknowledge your report within 48 hours and keep you informed throughout the fix. We do not currently run a paid bug bounty but we credit researchers who responsibly disclose, with your permission.

For your subscription, see Settings → Billing. You can change plan, update your payment method, or download past invoices from there.
